Help with SentinelPro.
SentinelPro is an app for fire-stopping and fire-door surveys, used by fire-safety contractors and their surveyors. Surveyors record surveys and photos on an Android phone or tablet, offline if needed, and their company manages the results and reports on the web.
Getting an account
You can’t sign up in the app. Accounts are created by your company’s SentinelPro administrator, who also decides which drawings you can see. If you need an account, ask your administrator.

I’ve forgotten my password
Ask your company administrator to set a new one for you.
I’ve forgotten my app PIN
Tap Forgot PIN on the lock screen. You can unlock with your password, or with a reset code from your Profile page on the web or from your administrator.
Do I need a signal?
Only to sign in and to sync. Drawings, surveys and photos work offline. Sync when you’re back online to send your work and get the latest drawings.
