Built to work where there’s no signal.
Plant rooms, basements and stairwells don’t have reception, so the survey can’t depend on it. Surveyors sync to download their drawings, then do everything on the device: viewing plans, placing pins, filling in forms and taking photos.

Two survey types
Fire stopping and fire doors, done right.
Each survey type has its own form, so surveyors capture exactly what’s needed and nothing they don’t.
Fire stopping
Status, substrate and orientation, aperture, fire rating, item, support and installation type, manufacturer, proximity and dimensions, with up to four photos.
Fire doors
Doorset type and material, leaf, gaps, seals, frame, hinges, locks, closers and glazing, risk rating, remedials and signage. The checks adapt to the doorset type, with separate label, gap, frame and extra photos.
On the drawing
Every survey point, exactly where it is.
Pins sit on the floor plan, numbered and coloured by status. Pinch to zoom in on a busy area, or switch to the list to find a pin by number or name.

Safe sync
Work done on site is never silently lost.
Several surveyors can work on the same drawing at once. When they sync, SentinelPro keeps everyone’s work and tells them plainly about anything that changed in the office.
- If a pin was edited on the web while you were on site, the app tells you
- If a pin was removed in the office, you’re told rather than left wondering
- Pin numbers never clash: a renumbered pin shows its old number too, so it still matches the label on site

The app opens on what matters today: how many fire-stopping and fire-door points you’ve surveyed, what’s still waiting to upload, the drawings you were last working on, and any that need action.
